Return Policy
Tax will only be added to all orders that ship to NY, NJ, CT. Tax will be added to orders shipping to CA ONLY if the order is for NEW equipment. Refurbished equipment shipping to CA will not be charged sales tax.
- We strongly recommends you fully insure your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged and you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection.
- Defective returns can be returned within the specified warranty term from the invoice date, at our discretion for credit, replacement, exchange or repair.
- Advance replacement will be offered only with our securing payment on customer credit card until original equipment is returned. If original equipment is not returned within 2 weeks from the date customer receives replacement equipment, we will not accept the return.
- We will test the equipment & replace or repair if defective. If the product is NOT defective, a $15.00 test fee and a $15.00 shipping and handling will be charged to the customer.
- NON-DEFECTIVE returns will be accepted within 30 days from the invoice date on stock items with a maximum of a 25% restocking fee. Non stock items may be subject to a higher restocking fee, depending on manufactures policies in place at the time of return.
