Return Policy


Tax will only be added to all orders that ship to NY, NJ, CT. Tax will be added to orders shipping to CA ONLY if the order is for NEW equipment. Refurbished equipment shipping to CA will not be charged sales tax.

  • All New and Refurbished equipment including phones comes with a 5 YEAR WARRANTY. Warranty does not cover misuse and / or abuse of equipment

  • Please call us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping your product. No returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA number. We will first try and assist the customer to make sure that the equipment is indeed defective. Many customers assume equipment is defective when the equipment just needs to be programmed or registered to work with the customer existing equipment. If the product is deemed to be defective, our support staff will transfer the customer to the RMA department. The RMA department will issue an RMA # for all returns. If a product is shipped back with no RMA # clearly written on the box, the shipment will be refused or returned to the shipper.

  • Licenses,Software,Feature Keys and CDs are not returnable

  • All products returned must be 100% complete, with all original packing contents and operation manuals and documentation.

  • Customer is responsible for all shipping charges on returned items unless item is defective. If item is defective, We will pay for the shipping costs.
    • We strongly recommends you fully insure your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged and you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection.

    • Defective returns can be returned within the specified warranty term from the invoice date, at our discretion for credit, replacement, exchange or repair.

    • Advance replacement will be offered only with our securing payment on customer credit card until original equipment is returned. If original equipment is not returned within 2 weeks from the date customer receives replacement equipment, we will not accept the return.

    • We will test the equipment & replace or repair if defective.  If the product is NOT defective, a $15.00 test fee and a $15.00 shipping and handling will be charged to the customer.

    • NON-DEFECTIVE returns will be accepted within 30 days from the invoice date on stock items with a maximum of a 25% restocking fee. Non stock items may be subject to a higher restocking fee, depending on manufactures policies in place at the time of return.
